Du côté interne du lobe supérieur droit se trouve une matière tuber culeuse du volume d'un petit oeuf de pigeon, qui provient probablement d'un ganglion bronchique notablement augmenté de volume par l'infiltration tuberculeuse. Les deux autres lobes du poumon droit sont parsemés de tubercules granuleux jaunâtres isolés, eonfluents par places et entourés d'un tissu pulmonaire crépitant. Le lobe supérieur gauche montre également tahituelle de trois à bles. Le malade est émulsion simple de uneinfilti‘ati0n tuberculeuse presque générale, tandis que les grarrulations isolées sont disséminées a travers le lobe inférieur. CCLXXIU. - Cancer des poumons avec nombreux abcès dans l'intérieur des tumeurs cance'reuses, et zufillra/ton cancercuse d une partie des vaisseaux lymp/raliques de la surface pulmonaire. (Pl.
