The door is on the gable and the log construction is hewn timbers with flush joined "v" notching. From its appearance, the granary seems to predate the 1910 house which now stands on the lot. There is a stong likelihood that the granary dates from the 1870-1880 .period, It possibly could have been part of Ephraim Larsen's (#287) farm lot. |
