Jens Jensen, who built the adobe house which atands on the south west corner of this block, originally owned the entire lot. Jensen f s estate transferred to Anne Nielsen in 1874. James Jensen bought the lot on 1898 for $75. James Jensen built the house, Jens was his father. L899 is the construction date. |
