Records seem to indicate that Robinson was the owner of the house which was to be replaced by Schofield f s 19^0 dwelling. ; John F. Bohlin (spelled Bohleen in the abstract), receives the 1870 patent deed. Bohlin sells in 18?6 to John Robinson Jr, for twenty dollars, indicating no house was standing. William Schofield builds the existing house in the 19^0's. |
