Peter Hansen undoubtedly built the house between 1898 and 1901. sells to Wayne Nunley who mortgages the lot in 1915 for $400. Pratt Allred Reed Allred, one time bishop of the Spring City Ward, lived here for many years and the present owner is Allred f s widow. |
