The adobe was unsheathed, A porch extended along the front with a overhanging roof, A rear "L" stood out to the north, When the Hopes (orignally Hobba, from Denmark) bought the place in 1940's they replaced the roof and effectively rebuilt the entire house, They added the plaster at this time, Statement of Historical.
