Olsen buys this property in 1902 and builds the house soon after. The •house remains today in the Olsen family. Olsen had a large farm south of town and was quite prosperous as a farmer and stockman. The Olsen family continues to own the house today. Abraham Acord had an adobe house which stood on the lot prior to 1902. 1870 Green Allred, 1873 Abraham Acord two-hundred and fifty dollars: Nancy Acord receives the east (begin NE corner lot and ¥16 S 3 E. 3 S 10 E 13 n 13). H.-L. Larsen buys the south one-half of lot in 1895 for onehundred and fifty dollars. North one-half sold to Charles A. Olsen in 1902 for four-hundred and fifty dollars. |
