The new officers of South Cer;ral .are: Willie Smith, Director; Jessie Clayson, Vice Director; and Erma Jeanne Argyle, Secretary-Treasurer. Drem, and Provo, Spanish Fork Clubs make up the district. The music was furnished the Provo WOG'i1en'S Council Music Section, and two by poems by Twi lIa Newbury were read, "Utah in the Spring" and utJlagnificent America ".
