After the general session, additional discussion was carried on in the workshop where ideas were shared by club members as well as the chairmen. Again, at all the Fall District Conferences, an effort was made to impress upon the membership the programming suggestions offered by National and to encourage the planning process where goals are set and records kept to see that they are reached. Unfortunately, the Criteria Club Program was not accepted for the Utah Federation unti I the Nationa I Board Meeting wh ich was held after our own Fa II Board Meeting. Ten clubs did come through with their goals for qualifying, and we are looking forward to the more reports of their accomplishments. This is a continuing program; by now all clubs are the in 100% will aware of what is involved; so it is anticipated that Utah participate Criteria Club Program in the coming year and qualify for National recognition as well as on a State leve I. Another pleasant task was to report at the Fall Board Meeting on the Young Career Woman program conducted at National Convention, and it is with keen anticipation that in Atlanta next summer. we approach the selection of the young lady to represent Utah |
