We had, of course, hoped that we would see you In Milford at the District Conference, but I am sure you had a very good reason for not com Ing. Perhaps you have heard what a good meeting we had at least yop, state officers felt that way. There was such a good crowd, and there seemed to be such 0 good, warm, friendly feeling thru the whole evening. The only difficulty was that there wasn't time to talk to everyone we would have liked to and Inquire about the ones, like you, who weren It there! . - I think the answer to your question lies in the fat: t that there has to be full-year members of the new club for the $ponsoring club to IJet the $50.00. I know they had the 26 charter members, but they did not sign the charter until the meeting in February. Sixteen dues were sent in in December with the bylaws, etc., etc.; 5 more went In the ftrst of January and another 4 in February. Presumably those fast 4 or perhaps 9 paid only half-year dues. The treasurer can cheek this last posstbi lity and let us know for sure. I had hoped you would be eligible for the $50 and was disappointed it didn't work out that at least 2S way.
