Mrs. Frieda Withrow I Cedar City Club, has been asked by the National F{ deration to serve on the Rules Committee for the Convention. The Utah de legation will be headed by H. Anne Kidd, State President; who is a member of the Nationol Board of Directors. Utah will also be represented by Mrs Frances K. lenox, Vernal Club, past Utah State FPresident, who has served as National Pessonc] Development Chairman this past year and 0IhxrlOman of the Partnersh ip with Young Career Women Program. Miss Eleanor Johnson of Brigham City will be Utah's Young Career V/oman (I will ask Joyce to send you some information about her in case you can use it). There will be special sessions for this group of over 43 Young Career Women framik a II over the United States, Porto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. The Utah Federation is having an open house on Tuesday night, July 26, honoring Mrs. Frances Lenox with members of the Notional Board and state delegations as guests.
