Show YOUNG CAREER WOMAN PROGRAM RULES 1968 1. Each Club will select a Young Career Woman National Federation, Namely: according to the standards set up by.the Between the ages of 21 and 26 years inclusive at the time ao of- the 1968 National Conven tion. b. This does not, however, preclude the young careerist who, after working in her chosen career for one or two years, has returned to college for further education to advance that careerll. c. The name of the District winner, along with a brief biographical sketch and doctor1s certificate, will be sent by the District Director to the State Personal Development Chairman, Letha H. Spencer, 76 South 3rd East, Logan, Utah 84321, immediately following your district conference. 6. Each District winner will be expected to attend our Utah Federation State Convention Saturday and will be presented to the convention body at some time during the"day. Selection of the State winner will be made by a committee consisting of the State Executive Committee, the National Representative and the State Personal Development, Civic Participation and World Affairs Shairmen. The Committee will meet immediately following the close of he Saturday afternoon business session.
