THE AC'f. Be it enacted by the Legislature or the State ot Utah: Section 1. (1) "Employee means any lndl Vidual employed by employer including individuals employed by the state or any of its political subdivisions inoluding publio bodies. an (2) tlEmployet directly in includes any person acting directly or in the interest or an employer in relation to an employee. (2) An employer who 1s paying a wage differential in viola tion or this act shall not, in order to comply with it, reduce the wage rates ot any employee. (3) No person shall cause or attempt to aause an employer to discriminate against any employee in violation of this act.
