As State Bylaws Chairman, I contacted and urged each club to revise, amend, change, or do whatever wcs necessary to have its bylaws compctlbla with the State Bylaws. As of this date, I have received replies from 12 clubs, and these clubs are to be congratulated on the work they hlve done. All the bylaws received represent a great deal of work; some were fine [ust as they were sent in, others needed very minor changes, and sti II others needed more. It was the desire of the Bylaws Committee to have each club with revised bylaws by convention time, but I fee I that response from some 44 1/% of the clubs represents a fine start for next year's bylaws chairman. 5/15'10 * Vi Southard NATIONAL FOUNDATION 1967-69 was Birthday Year for the clubs in Utah and the National Federation.
