As you may already know, the Convention will be held in the Marriott Motor Hotel, Atlanta, Georgia, and the dates are July 24 through July 28, sincerely hope you are planning to attend the 1966 Convention; if so, the Executive Committee will be most grateful if you would be willing to under take the responsibility of serving the' tt•• Oommatee. We - n We know you will understand that there is no provision made in the National Federation budget forexpenses incurred by the convention committees in connection with attendance at national conventions, and that we must rely solely on the unselfish support of our members to assume the responsibilities for the functioning of these committees. A copy of this letter is being forwarded to YO\lr State President, 'and, in turn, may we ask that a copy of your reply be sent to her, so that she may be kept informed of the convention committee appointments in your State.
