Copies of club bylaws have been rece ived and approved from a II but four of the clubs in this state. It is urged that the delinquent clubs send in a copy of their respective bylaws without further delay. President Joyce Frisby has prepared the bylaws as revised and approved at the 1965 Convention, and they are now in the hands of the printer. Your chairman has checked a typewritten copy of the bylaws now being printed and believes all changes and amendments voted at the State Conventions held in 1963,1964, and 1965 have been inc luded • Section 7 of Article VII, referring to the duties of the Treasurer and approved at the 1965 Nationa I Convention, reads: "She sho l l make written reports at a II meetings of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. She sha II disburse funds only upon II original bi lis and properly executed vouchers to be signed by the treasurer and president. I his last sentence was used In the 1960 copy of the Bylaws of the Utah federation but was left out of the 1962 copy. As no action was ever taken to eliminate this provision and it is obviously a typographical error, it is the opinion of your Bylaws Committee that no convention action is necessary to reinstate this provision in Section 7, Article VII, and we request that it be simply an editoria I change. writing We should like to remind the clubs that amendments may still be submitted in to the annua I convention at the meeting preceding that at which the vote on it is taken.
