It is my sincere wish that you give your new flight commander the same high degree of loyalty and service given me and may you build on your past endeavors. Winter State Board Meeting at the Ramada Inn in Salt Lake City on January 28th, was both rewarding and disappointing. Rewarding in that advance reservations exceeded that of any previous meeting and disappointing in that illness and stormy weather cut our attendance to the lowest in several years. Membership promotion was perhaps the highlight of the meet ing. The thrill of presenting the official charter to our new Morgan club and introducing the officers of our new Cache Valley Club which was chartered February 5th was an exper ience long to be remembered.
