It will held on Sunday, August 28, at Prudential Federal Bldg., 3261 South State St., Salt Lake City, 9innins at 3:30 a.m. and adiouming about 3:30 p.m. The purpose of state board meetings is to further the work of the State Federation (Bylaws Article Sec 3). Therefore, although it may seem early in the season, we fee,1 this will be more effectively ,III, ccomplished if we meet before clubs begin their September meetings. If your club does not meet in ugust, please be sure your members are advised of the date. , According to Article VI, Sec. 3, of the Bylaws, the executive committee, with the chainnen of randing committees, the district directors, and the presidents of the clubs, shall constitute the Board of lirectors. However, we trust that each club wi II take the responsibility of see i ng that as many members specially officers and chairmen} attend the meeting as possible. We hope to bring you much valuable, lteresting, end helpful information from National Convention in Atlanta, Ga. We are planning work a chance to help iops which will be valuable to each officer and chairman and which will give them thers through discussion and sharing experiences.
