El sacerdocio comprendi6 al dejar el poder, que para no perderse necesitaba organizarse, y que era preciso que la socieclad no se le escapara de entre las manos. Asi lo bizo. El fanatismo religioso, la supremacia de la divinidad, y el bacerse en todos los actos de la vida el instrumento de su voluntad, eran los meclios segnros. Lo principal era apoderarse de la persona del rey.
