Nos . 465 and 466 , which are plats showing the ( work Nvork ) that they did on the river , including the land ( net met ) that they ran ( cov cov- cov ) ering the various permits on the two structures and the triangulation that they ran down the river ( to to- to ) determine the mean ( high-water highwater ) mark . One sheet is a continuation of the other . ( R . 2966 . ) On those plats are indicated what they judged to be the ( mean me-an mean ) ( high-water highwater ) mark as shown by water lines on the banks of the river on either side . ( R . 2966 . ) The mean ( high-water highwater ) ( mark marlc ) was determined ( usually usuaUy ) by the character of the sand banks on the edge , showing the average point at which the water ( re- re ) ceded on each side . ( R . 2966-2967 . ) That is the point that is represented by this continuous heavy blue line on the map . There is vegetation along there in the form of willows and ( grass -grass grass ) that was growing . That was taken into consideration in determining the watermark . ( R . 2967 . ) Compl . ( Exli Exh ) . No . 465 , is a sketch showing the land net covering the ( permits perinits ) on the Kane Creek ( struc sta-uc- stauc ) ¬ ture and also the meander lines run down the river to determine the ( mean inean ) ( high-water highwater ) marks . ( R . 2967 . ) A comparison of his map ( and aiid ) the Government meandering of the stream at that point by ( super super- super ) ¬ imposing one ( map niap ) on the other shows very ( little littlc- littlc ) |
