Dans le feizieme, à élever & nourrir les chevaux, les afnes,les mulets, les chameaux, &c. à les guérir de leurs maladies, &c. Dans le dix-feptiéme Se le dix-huitiémei On trouve tout ce qui regarde la multiplication & la.confervation des troupeaux; la manière de faire le beurre, le fromage , &c. Le dix-neuviéme renferme diverfes remarques touchant les chiens de chafle, te» lié-Vres, les cerfs, les porcs, & touchant la manière de faler quelque viande quecefoit. Dans le vingtième & dernier Livre, on trouve tout ce qui regarde l'art d'cleverdes j>oiflbns, & la manière de les prendre, &c* Nous ne fçaurîons rapporter de^ exemples de ce qui eft contenu dans cet Ouvrage, cela nous meneroit trop loin ; il nous fuffira de remarquer, que ce Recueil contient un grand nombre de chofes très-utiles & très-curieufes. A la vérité il y en a quelques-unes qui font Aiperilitieufes, & vifiblemenç ft mais elles font en petit nombre^ |
