As agreed, Kennecott will submit these reports monthly and not bi-weekly as described in paragraph 41 of the AOC. Bi-weekly reporting will resume as dictated by the work schedule. on 1. Construction Activities Ontario Specialty Contracting Smelter Demolition Contractor Continued demolition work on the Hot Metals Material Handling Facility. - Atlas Steel Processing steel removed from the Hot Metals Material Handling Facility. Harper Contracting, Inc. WWTP Sludge Removal Contractor Screened and placed a total of 71,309 sq/yd of sand in the Repository as the protective layer. (0 sq/yd during this reporting period) - * Excavated and placed a total of 145,842* cy of sludge from Pond A to the Repository (The excavation of Pond A is complete) Excavated and placed a total of 128,828 cy of sludge from Pond B to the Repository. (The excavation of Pond B is complete) Excavated and placed a total of 310,690 cy of sludge from Pond C to the drying/staging pad. (The excavation of Pond C is complete) Excavated and placed a total of 77,101 * cy of sludge from Pond C Extension to the drying/staging pad. (The excavation of Pond C Ext. is complete) Placed a total of 452,856* cy of dried sludge into the Repository from the drying/staging pad. (0 cy during this reporting period) Continued water removal from Pond D. Excavated and hauled 12,288 cy of clean Pond D dike material to the Slag Pile Footprint. (3,890 cy during this reporting period) Completed the reclamation of Pond C and Pond C Extension Footprint. Adjusted volumes from 1998 topographic survey.
