Elles ont une fuperiorité territorialle. Les Jefuites de la ville de Dilinghen ont traité la que* ftion 3 Si les Citoiens de ces Villes font fournis immédiatement au Magifirat ou à l'Empereur. La diftindion qui a été faite , eft que le corps de ces Villes avec leur Sénat, font fous la Jurifdi&ion immédiate de l'Empereur , & les particuliers fous celle du Ma-giftrat.
