BLACKMAR: In connection with Mr. Newby's testimony I desire to call attention to Exhibit 94, showing in the Green river, August, 1907, the lowest water was seventy- one hundred second feet, the highest nineteen thousand three hundred, and the mean eleven thousand two hundred. That is on Exhibit 94. MR. FARNSWORTH: Highest was what? MR. BLACKMAR: Nineteen thousand three hundred; mean, eleven thousand two hundred. MR. FARNSWORTH: That was on the date they left Greenriver? MR. BLACKMAR: The month of August. |
