A No sir, only just different times, maybe once or twice a year. Q For how many years after that did you do that? A I kept it up with the exception of the last two or three years, I have been in to Lees Ferry every year. Q And the Charles H. Spencer has remained at Lees Ferry? A Yes sir. Q Have you ever been to the mine up on Warm creek? A I have been to the small mine, the one that mined first. Q How many tons of coal were there at the mouth of warm creek the last time you were there? A Oh, I would say one hundred tons. Q Do I understand that you have not been back to Warm Creek since the last time you A Not right down in the creek; been on top of the ledge.
