FARNSWORTH: Q You had lived on the Colorado river moat of your life prior to that time, hadn't you? A Yes sir. Q Just a few miles below? A Yes sir. Q Has gained a familiarity with the river and its habits such as you have testified to? A Right in and around Lees Ferry, not up the river. Q I understand. Had never been up the river that far. You did make the trip down the river, didn't you, after you met that boat? |
