Whether it was still there or not we will pass over for the moment. A I have good reason to believe it was. Q What are you reasons for believing it was? A Because nobody ever moved it. Q You know just what parties have been in there during those years of your absence, do you? THE SPECIAL MASTER: Is this of any great consequence? MR. FARNSWORTH: I don't think so, except as it bears on this witness's general testimony. If he would answer me, I wouldn't be a minute on it. BY MR. FARNSWORTH: Q This five tons of coal you carried down on the Spencer, -- you say you took that down? A Yes. Q Where was that piled? A The coal was never taken off the boat, that I know of. Q Where did you carry it on the boat? A Down in front of the boiler, down in the basement. Q You didn't have any coal piled any other place? A No sir.
