BLACKMAR: Q Will you state your name to the court, please? A Edwards C. Sumner. Q Mr. Sumner, where do you live? A At the present time? Q Yes. A Cedar City, Utah. Q What is your present occupation? A Manufacturer of soda water. Q Generally, since you have grown to manhood, what has been your occupation? A Well, mines, and been in the livery business, garage business, pack horse business. Q You are a son of the Sumner who was on the Powell expedition? |
