Etant a cette derniere position', portez le poids du corps sur la jambe qui vient de la former, et ramenez l'autre jambe a la premiere position , les talons places Pun contre Paulre et les pointes tournees en dehors (voyez fig.65, PL III, eifg. 84, PL IV); apres avoir plie convenablement les genoux, inclinez le corps comme la figure Pindique. Que vos bras torn bent facilement et naturellement, et que votre tete s'in-cline sans affectation, car tout mouvement doit se faire d'un air aise. Apres avoir salue, redressez lentement le corps jusqu'a son aplomb perpendi-culaire; reprenez votre port ordinaire; degagez la jambe qui a ete placee a la premiere position en arriere, en la changeant en quatrieme pesi-tioii en avant, et portez le poids du corps sur cette jambe. Soit que vous vouiiez recommencer a saluer ou a marcher, finissez toujours sur a iambe en avant.
