CETTE seconde partie, commencee a Paris, fut compile et publiee en anglais, a. Milan, dans le mois d'avril 1820; elle avait pour litre : Traite elemental theoriquc et pratique de I Art de la Danse, contenant toutes les decouvertes et tous les principes zeneraux et particulars qui doivent guider un danseur. Deux traductions de cet ouvrage furent faites en italien : l'une par M. Grini, et l'autre par le chevalier Valmarana. L'e'dition francaise est dediee a feu M . L. A.Bia-sis, membre du (Conservatoire de Naples et direc-teur de la section philarmonique du Museum d in-^ struction publique a Bordeaux. La premiere partie, Origine et progres dc la Danse, edition anglaise, fut aussi traduite en italien par M. Velli, et place'e , ainsi que le traite ci-dessus, dans la galerie des artistes celebres (gallena degh art. celebri). N O T E (2), PAGE 56.
