( R . 151 . ) The sum of Greenriver Station and Cisco ( Sta- Sta ) tion gives flow at the junction within reasonable limits , and the flow of these two and that of the San Juan at Bluff is the combined flow of ( Colo- Colo ) , ( rado Tado ) at Lees Ferry . ( R . ( 151 1.51 ) . ) From October to September is called a 11 water year . " ( R . 151-152 . ) Conditions supposed to be more normal each year beginning October each year . All stream ( records recorids ) are computed as of that year , being a water year . ( R . ( 151 1051 ) . ) Records at Greenriver Station show flow about 30,000 ( second-feet secondfeet ) June 27 , 1927 , date of start of Eddy Expedition ; dropped to 22,000 latter part of month ; came up to 30,000 , dropped to 23,000 , up to 25,000 , dropped off the normal drop during July and August . Maximum flow at Cisco around 43 , - 000 ( second-feet secondfeet ) ; flow end of June approximately 70,000 ( second-feet secondfeet ) in canyon above the San Juan in Cataract Canyon . ( R . 152 . ) When these two rivers came together there was a peak flow ( some- some ) where around 70,000 ( second-feet secondfeet ) .
