( 1155-1215 11554215 ) ) - t He resides at ( Moab Aloab ) , Utah , automobile mechanic and boat pilot , 41 years of age , lived most of his ( life li-fe life ) on farms in Ohio and Indiana . In May , 1921 , he moved to Moab , Utah , and commenced working for the Moab Garage Company as mechanic . In 1925 he commenced operating a boat on the Colorado River and since that time he has operated on the Colorado River about three small boats and one large boat . One of the boats operated by Baldwin ( was wa-s was ) ( twenty-seven twentyseven ) feet long , about five feet wide , drew about ten inches of water with an ordinary load , and was powered with a six , cylinder automobile ( engine eligine ) , ( fifteen-fifteen fifteenfifteen ) propellor . This was called the passenger boat and ( was -was was ) for light work . It was equipped with removable seats . The other boat was powered with a Ford motor and was about twenty feet long , probably four feet wid e , and drew possibly six or eight inches of water ; with the propellor it would be a little deeper . The propellor used was a fourteen inch one with a guard underneath , making about sixteen inches ( alto- alto ) gether . |
