Show <pn 130> DE BELLO GALLICO rebus divinis præsint: neque sacrificiis student. 1 Deorum numero eos solos ducunt, quos cerununt, & quorum opibus aperte juvantur, So- lem, & Vulcanum, & Lunam: reliquos ne fama quidem acceperunt. 2 Vita omnis in venationibus, 3 atque in studiis rei militaris consistit: ab <N=5>parvulis labori ac duritiei student. Qui diutissime impuberes permanse- runt, maximam inter suos ferunt laudem. Hoc ali staturam, ali vires, nervosque confirmari putant. 4 Intra annum vero XX feminæ notitiam habuisse, in turpissimis habent rebus: 5 cujus rei nulla est occultatio, quod & promiscue in fluminibus perluuntur, & 6 pellibus aut parvis renonum <N=XXI.>tegumentis vtuntur, magna corporis parte nuda.
