A Yes, I know we forded it over, at Dandy crossing. Q Lead any horses behind you? A Yes; I think one of the men rode a horse and led the rest. I can't remember whether we took anything across in boats or not. Q How did you get across? A I think we went across -- I can't tell you that -- I don't know whether I rode a horse or went in a boat.
