Show 3737 Clark- 1758 FURTHER EXAMINATION BY THE SPECIAL MASTER: Q One question, Mr. Clark. On this trip that you came down the river from Greenriver with the party headed by La Rue, was that a government expedition, or a commercial undertaking? A Commercial undertaking. Q What was the object of the trip -- it was to take moving pictures for what purpose? A It was taking moving pictures for a commercial purpose, a picture, I believe the title was, " The Bride of the Colorado". Q Was it ever exhibited? A Not that I know of. Q Pictures were taken the full length, were they? A Yes sir. MR. BLACKMAR: Bridge canyon, referred to by Mr. Clark, is the same as Aztec creek, mile 69. In connection with Mr. Clark's testimony I desire to call attention to the stream flow record at Lees Ferry for the month of July, 1926, as comprised in Exhibit No. 90. THE SPECIAL MASTER: What does it show? MR. BLACKMAR: It shows twenty- eight thousand on the 1st day of July. |
