A I am division engineer of the topographic branch of the U. S. Geological Survey, with headquarters at Sacramento, California. Q Just what states do you take in? A Practically all the states west of the Rocky mountains. Q Have you ever done any work on the Colorado river? A Well, supervisory work; I have had charge of parties making surveys on the Colorado river. Q Beg pardon? A I have had charge of parties making surveys on the Colorado river.
