Q This man that accompanied you was simply going out of curiosity with you, he wasn't a pay passenger? A No sir. Q How much supplies did you take, how heavily was your boat loaded? A I estimate about two hundred and fifty pounds of supplies we had. Q What was the nature of that load? A It was provisions and a bed roll and gasoline. Q How much gasoline was is it? A I couldn't say just how much gas I did have. Q In gallons? A There was a tank that held about, oh, ten or eleven gallons, I guess. Q Was it full?
