Oculi laterales a medlis sat distantes, minores, utrlnque cequl et contigul. Oculi quatuor antici in lineam leviter recurvam. Clgpeus medlis angustlor. Abdomen ohlongum, antlce rotundum\,poitice levlter attenuatum, tuberculls hurnerall-bus tuberculoque apicall turhlnatis sat parvls munltum, nigrum, , supra antice macula rhomholdali et utrlnque maculis minoribus elongatls et inlquls uniseriatls, subtus maculis longitudlnallbus binis ahhreviatis albis ornatum. Sternum nigrum, Iceve, ad marginem Impressum. Chelce robustce, fuscce, marglne inferlore sulci trldentato. Pedes parum longl, fusco-olivacel, femoribus metatarsis tarslsque ad basin lutels, Interdum lutel, femoribus, tibiis metatarslsque annulls fuscis binis omatis, tarsls aplce fuscis. Tuberculum vulvce fusco-mtidum,plus duplo latius quam longius utrlnque rotundum, antlce marginatum, in medio late emargi-natum et unco brevl suhtrlquetro munltum. Cette espece rentre dans le groupe de YA. grayi Bl.; elle parait voisine de Y Epeira graphica Cambr. GASTERACANTHA TETRACANTHA L. Plectana llnncel et lata Walck., Apt. ii. 1837, pp. 163-165.
