Palpi downcurved, slender, extending once to twice the length of head, and almost smoothly scaled ; frons with a sharp tuft; mid and hind tibiae slightly fringed with hair. Fore wing with the costa straight; the apex rectangular; male with a flap of scales on median nervure; a costal fold below fringed with scales covering a fovea m cell; veins 3, 4, 5 from angle of cell; 6, 7, 8, 10 from upper angle, 9 absent; in female 7, 8, 9 stalked.
