Palpi upturned, slender, and hardly reaching vertex of head ; antennas ciliated; tibias smoothly scaled. Fore wing with vein 3 from before angle of cell; 4, 5 from angle; 6 from below upper angle; 7, 8 and 9, 10 stalked.
