Q About how many inches would the larger boat draw when loaded? A About six inches. Q And how much on the smaller boats? A I imagine the smaller boats drew about four inches. BY THE SPECIAL MASTER: Q Are you sure of that? A I couldn't swear to it; that is just as I remember it; the heavier boats drew about six inches, the lighter boats about four inches. THE SPECIAL MASTER: That is a good deal less draft than any boat that has been testified to. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Do you know where these boats were built? A They was built in Long Beach, I believe.
