There was one at the Four Corners; there was one at Anarth; there was one at the mouth of Montezuma creek; but these boats usually went out with high water; some time during the summer the boat would go right down the river; have to make another one for the following year. " Q. You were present on those occasions, I take it? " A. I have only the trader's word for it. " Q. Why did you volunteer that? You didn't think I asked you about that, did you? Did you think I asked you about that, Mr. Wetherill" THE SPECIAL MASTER: Strike that answer out. Obviously, it is objectionable. BY MR. FARNSWORTH: Q You spoke of an occasion when you happened to be at Bluff and saw a man with a boat go down the river, as I understood your testimony. Is that correct?
