Show 3491 1513 2 THE SPECIAL MASTER: Are you ready to proceed, Mr. Blackmar? MR. BLACKMAR: Yes, your Honor. THE SPECIAL MASTER: There are three minor corrections I want to make in the stenographic report of the hearings in Washington. In Volume 1, page 7, the fifth line from the bottom, in Mr. Blackmar's opening, he was referring to the case of Oklahoma versus Texas, and the stenographer states that I said as follows: " Counsel may assume that the Special Master is very familiar with the cases upon the point in question." What I said was, " is very familiar with that case upon the point in question." MR. BLACKMAR: That is volume 1? THE SPECIAL MASTER: Volume 1, page 7. Volume 2, page 357, line 3 from the bottom, the stenographer states a remark by me: " It is ruled as to the Sacramento". That was a remark by counsel, and not by me -- I won't say it was a remark by counsel, but it was not a remark by me. Volume 2, page 358, line 7 from the top, the Master is reported as saying: " The other three are decisions where the court made a ruling as to navigability; one of them was the case of New Mexico versus Texas."
