THE SPECIAL MASTER: Can't counsel agree, so as not to go over this any more, that the river was dried up in that year? MR. FARNSWORTH: I understand there is no question about it. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Can't we agree, and not have any more testimony on that subject? MR. FARNSWORTH: The river dried up, as I understand it, one year, and it was around somewhere in 1901 or 1902; one witness will give it one year, and one another. There was the one incident. THE SPECIAL MASTER They all mean the same year? MR. FARNSWORTH: Yes. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Mrs. Wetherill, do you recall any other years that the river went dry, outside of that one? A No, that is the only year I have seen it dry. Q In other years how low have you seen the water? A I have seen it real low, until just a little stream of water, say maybe three feet wide, in it.
