Q Did the Utah Petroleum over operate on the river a boat similar to that boat shown in Exhibit 3? A They had one; they never operated it. Q If it is your boat, which of your boats is it, the one we have referred to as the scow? A We only have the one big boat. Q Is this Exhibit 4 the same boat shown in Exhibit 3?
