I think we have got a description sufficient to allow you to rebut anything that Mr. Farnsworth may have to say about the State Constitution of Utah. I can not conceive what the conditions of Westwater canyon have to do with the condition of the Colorado river at Moab and below, as far & 8 it bears on the question of its navigability below Moab. Navigability depends not only on water conditions, but on many other facts. MR. BLACKMAR: I will lay those aside for the present. They were very interesting pictures.
