I went to 1/'Toodruff on the 20 and delivered the tithing accounts to Shk:e Clerk, L.M.Savag e. Came homa and finishad the car?enter work on ?restons house which we put up in Nov. It is 15 x 17 out si:ie,made of foot a:lobies cov ered with red wood shingles. J9.n. 18: I wrote to Pres. Jos. F. Smith asking h im whose name should the children retain whose mother has been sealed to a man for time & eternity and then he died, she then m:1.rried another man and raised a family by (the) · seoond husband, and they with the mother haci kept the first husband's name. Randall's son James Leslie Randall. 7 p.m. attended Y.M. M, I .A. I watered some fall wheat and came to Snowflake on Friday the 12th. Attended a the9. tre in the evening wh ich was pretty good. Today we learned of war between Russia and Japan havin g commenced on the ni ght of the 8th. |
