Society petitione d not & succeeded, Feb, 20: Cle'lning ditch. Bros. Cluff & Dalton came here from Provo & Springille, missionari es in the interests . of the Young Men's Associati on. Held meeting a.t 7:30 and talked g ood to us. Feb. 21: '\'forking on the farm, very warm. Fe , 22: RepA.ired hq_rness & greased them. Fe , 23: Leve ling on the lot. Feb, 24: Sister Parkinson , Sister Rushman & our Jesse & Virgil start to Snowflake to attend Stake Conferenc e. Carne to Holbrook and stay till 11 :20. C me to Snowflake at 6 p .m. Stayed with S .D. & J .W ,Smith Smith, a 11 a re y,e 11, ent to a theatre. Feb. 25: 10 a.m. attended the Sunday School conferenc e, There were a good turnout & good speaking. 2 p.m. attended the Young Peoples conferenc e where there were a. good program carried out. 7:30 went to a theatre by invitatio n of the Youn g; ?eople which was very good. e, 26: 10 a.m. attended the Stq_ke Conferenc e. There were Pres, D.K.Udal l, ps. Crosby, C.I.Kenp Of St. Johns Stake, also Elders Cluff & Dalton from tah Co. Utah. Pres. Smith reported the stake. 2 p.m. Pres. Udall & the visiting brethren occupied the time. Feb. 27: 10 a.m, conferenc e convened, the visitors occupied the time. 2 p,m. the general and stake authoriti es were presented & sustained . Pres. Hatch & Smith occuc)ied the time to good advanta ge. The subjects were seeking counsel fron our presidin c; officers & Word of Wisdom, Round Dancing &c, A. most ex- p~1 1ce_ oellent time. Fe. 28: In connection with Pres. Smith & Hatch & Sisters E. Smith, H.J. est & Sister Bushman, visited.t he Relief Society Hall & united in prayer with them.
