Show -11John Bushman diary 1893 July-Augu st July 17: 1893: At 4 :30 the Relief Society held a meeting, the speakers were A,llushnnn, H. Nielson, M. Richards, E. Smith & Pres. Smith. Vfe have had a ood time. We came home to the Red Hill, team very tired. July 18: We came home, all are well. Julv 19: Harvestinr ; wheat, rained a little. Julv 20: Harvesting wheat. July 21: Harvesting & plowing cane, very warm. July 22 :!'.y son John Lehi & I went to Holbrook & done some business & returned. July 23: Sunday. 10 a.m. attended S. School & tau ght the first class. 2 p.m. attended meeting, the speakers were J. Bushman & N .T .Porter Julv 24: Working on farm. Julv 25: Ylorking on farm. ';'. Julv 26: vrorkin g on the farm. Julv 27: Work-;}ng on farm. Julv 28: ·irorking on farm. Julv 29: My little son Alonzo & I came to Snowflake at 10:30 p.m. & stopped with S ,D ,Smith. Julv 30: 10 a.m. attended the S. School at Snowflake , spoke to the theologic al cle.ss, also to the school. 2 p.m. attended meeting. Bro. S.M.Porte r &: I occunied most of the time. There t:i.s a good turnout. I came to Taylor & stopped with sister Decker. Julv 31: I got ten bushe ls lime from v-r. to Holbrook with us & worked his team. Willis and came home. Bro. Hulet came· Aug, 1, 1893: vrorking around home. Aue;, 2: Work i.ng on farm. Aua-, 3: Nearly all our family fasted, we attended · meeting. I blessed Sariah 3ushnnn 's son Silas Aikins.
