In the evening I came to Snowflake. 7:30 attended the Y .M.M.I.A which was rendered very good. I spoke a short time. Jan. 21: i1Te came to Holbrook, stoo all night . Jan. 22: Came ho:me. All well. Lois Smith came home with Homer. Jan. 23: Leveling land, warm and p l easant . Jan. 24: Leve ling land with rail. J'.r n. 25: Leve ling land. Stormy in the eve::1ing several of -:;he Ne ighbors came and we hg_d ice cream in commemorating Sister Bushman's 57th birthday. Jan. 26: Leveling land, 'N'alter Smith came in the evening. Jan. 27: Sunday. 10 a.m. attended S. School. 2 p.m. attended meeting, the speakers were Wa lter Smith, John McLaws, John L. D. Westover & J.P. Richards. 7:30 attended the Y.M.M.I.A. Jan. 28: Visited the school, rained some, Wa lter and Lois went home. Jan. 29: Leve ling land. Jan. 30: Hauling P.1.'3.nure. Jan. 31: Hauli.."lg manure, cold. Feb. 1, 1901: Hauling manure. Feb. 2: Plowed a little, met wi th the Relief Society &: reorganized. Feb. 3: Fasted. 9 a..m. Bros. Hansen and Ta nner met at our house. We all ?rayed and talked over business pertaining to the ward. 10 a.m. we met with the Sabbath School. Bore testimony with several of the class. 2 p.m. attended meeting, several bore testimony. 7 p.m. attended Conjoint meeting. A committee was appointed to celebrate the 25th anniversary of our arri"Val here. Feb. 4: S.U.Porter and I start to V'foodruff to attend J.C .. Owens funeral. '?hen we got to Ho lbrook we learned we were too late so we came home and plowed a little. Feb. 5: Plowing. Feb . 6: Elowing, very windy. Snowed in the evening. Feb. 7: Stormy all day. Feb. 8: Got Bro. Richards to renair sulky plaN and butchered 2 pigs. |
